The Real Picture Vs the 3D Render, Part 3.

For this project my goal was to design a contemporary and cost friendly dining table for a small family.

When you compare the 2 photos, it is apparent that although the final product closely resembles the 3D render, they differ: Their respective environments are different. The 3D render shows a triangular tiled room with accent wall lighting and perfectly straight walls. In real life, the client’s room is square tiled and not as well defined. The reason for this discrepancy is because the job was awarded before the house was completely finished, so the dining table was designed based on what my client thought his dining room would look like at the time. This is just an illustration showing why the 3D render is a very useful guide but NOT the final product.
